Graduated from NEOMA Business School, Martin joined Solvay’s Corporate M&A department in September 2010 and participated in the realization of the Group’s portfolio transformation. In 2014, he moved to the Corporate Strategy Group where he participated in identifying and bringing about the acquisition of Cytec.
Martin then became member of the Project Management Integration team of Cytec, within Solvay, and in 2016 moved to the US to lead the integration of Technology Solutions, the newly created division where the metal separation/extraction businesses are located. In 2020, he is promoted as Solvay’s Global Head of the Mining Solutions Business Unit.
